By using TheMemory.online, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site (but we’ll be sad).

2. The Service Is 100% Free — Forever

We promise never to charge money, show ads, or require registration. This is our gift to the world.

3. No Warranty

The memory test is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee it will make you smarter, win at trivia, or impress your friends — though it often does.

4. Be Nice (Rules of Conduct)

You agree not to:

• Use bots or scripts to cheat at the game
• Try to hack or break the site
• Use it for anything illegal or harmful
• Be a jerk (yes, this is an official rule)

5. Your Content & Scores

Your scores are saved only in your browser. You own them. We don’t collect or store them.

When you share results, you’re sharing them yourself — we never see or store that data.

6. Intellectual Property

The site design, code, and name “TheMemory.online” are ours. Everything else (like your epic high scores) belongs to you.

You’re welcome to link to us, share screenshots, or tell your friends.

7. Limitation of Liability

We’re not responsible if:

• Your brain gets too powerful
• You forget where you parked your car after playing
• The site is down for a few minutes (we’ll fix it fast)

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will always tell you the current version.

9. Termination

We hope this never happens, but we can stop providing the service at any time. You can stop using it anytime too — no hard feelings.
